My necklace came in and it was beautiful, but the chain was too short. I sent pics to the website showing them my issues with the length and the owners husband reached back out and was very helpful and quick to send me out another chain that was the perfect length for me! Also, I never take this necklace off. I wear it in the shower and to sleep in and it has not tarnished or broke. Highly recommended this company.
