Returns

Returns will be done at the complete discretion of Taylor Shaye Designs. Please be reasonable when requesting a return.

 

Refunds/Cancellation
Refunds are not applicable to purchases. In some cases we may give you a store credit for an order.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in some cases. These exchanges will be done at the discretion of Taylor Shaye Designs.

 

Sale Items

All items that are marked down below MSRP or labeled as a "Doorbuster" are not valid for returns/refunds/exchanges. All of these sales are FINAL.

 

Discounted Orders

All orders with discount codes applied are FINAL. Exchanges/Store credit may be an option in some cases.
